微生物防腐剂在食品保鲜上应用

随着科技的发展,食品工业也得到快速发展,食品保鲜是食品界十分关注的问题。在食品保鲜中常用的微生物防腐剂是一类由微生物产生的食品防腐剂,它能抑制微生物的生长或直接杀死微生物,是一种天然、安全、高效的防腐剂,在食品保鲜界的应用越来越广泛。本文首先分析微生物防腐剂的种类,然后具体介绍了在食品保鲜中使用最广泛的乳酸链球菌素和纳他霉素的具体应用,对于微生物防腐剂在食品保鲜上的应用有很强的现实意义。     

Emerging bicycle tourism and the theory of planned behavior

In this study, we investigated the process of travelers’ decision formation for bicycle touring as a form of sustainable tourism activity. We extended the theory of planned behavior (TPB), using personal norm and past behavior as predictors and the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives as a moderator. Results of the modeling comparison showed that our extended TPB model was superior to the original TPB in predicting intention. Our results from the structural analysis revealed that the hypothesized paths linking attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, personal norm, and intention were supported; and personal norm significantly mediated the impact of subjective norm on intention. Moreover, our proposition that bicycle travelers’ decision-making process would differ based on their level of the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives was generally supported. Overall, our results help us clearly understand the role of volitional and non-volitional processes, personal norm, past behavior, and the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives in explaining the intention formation of bike traveling.     

Exploring how and when ethical conflict impairs employee organizational commitment: A stress perspective investigation

Previous studies demonstrate the detrimental effect of ethical conflict (i.e., incompatibility between ethical values of employees and organizations) on employee organizational commitment. However, few studies have assessed the underlying mechanisms and boundary conditions that may contribute to a deeper understanding of how and when the detrimental effect manifests. Drawing on the transactional model of stress and literature on the moral self, our study examines the psychological strain as a key intermediate mechanism that channels the negative relationship between the ethical conflict and organizational commitment. Furthermore, we posit that employees with different levels of moral identity and moral efficacy may suffer differently from ethical conflict. We tested our research model with two-wave lagged data obtained from 265 healthcare employees and found that the indirect, negative effect of ethical conflict on organizational commitment via psychological strain is strongest among employees with high moral identity and low moral efficacy. Interestingly, results show that employees with low moral identity and high moral efficacy do not suffer from ethical conflict. These findings suggest that ethical conflict is differentially harmful to employees and that a more nuanced understanding of its contingent effects is needed.     

跨境网购中的消费者反馈信息和信任相关因素研究

随着在国外网站购物的消费者数量的增加,跨境电子商务的发展已极具潜力。本文针对"跨境网购意愿"的影响因素展开调查,建立了一个基于信任和风险的消费者行为模型;本文针对模拟的三个反馈场景,调研了912个样本,重点检验了"来自不同国家消费者的信息反馈对上述因素之间相关性的影响"。研究结果表明,在跨境网购时,"风险"和"信任"对购买意愿有影响,但二者受消费者反馈信息的影响相对较小,而其他因素间的相关性则会受到样本组间差异的影响,比如,在含反馈信息的样本组中,对电子商务的"普遍信任"会显著影响消费者对某一具体境外购物网站的信任。     

金融结构对技术创新效率的影响效应 ——不同金融发展模式对比分析

以技术创新阶段细分为研究基点，利用2009—2018年省级面板数据，构建超越对数随机前沿分析模型，实证检验技术研发阶段和创新市场化阶段不同金融发展模式下金融结构对创新产出与技术创新效率的影响效应。结果发现：在创新增量方面，银行体系发展对创新产出的正向激励效应显著优于股票市场发展，银行主导型金融结构对创新产出发挥着重要支撑作用。在创新增效方面，股票市场发展对技术创新效率的正向激励效应尤为显著，银行体系发展对技术创新效率产生抑制效应，造成较大程度的技术效率损失。结果表明，技术创新量高多产、提质增效依赖于金融结构持续优化和金融发展模式优势互补。     

转型条件下劳动关系变化的思考

从理论上讲,劳动争议的产生源于资本追求利润最大化与劳动追求福利最大化之间的矛盾。经济转型条件下,我国现行劳动关系发生了深刻的变化,其原因既具有资本与劳动矛盾的普遍性,也具有经济转型条件下的特殊性。本文在我国经济转型大背景下,分析了劳动关系存在的问题,从而针对问题探索了一些合理的解决途径。

基于智能手机的互动型英语游戏App应用程序的研发

教育游戏类App在学科教学中应用,虽然早已被提出。但是通过调查发现,已有的一些教育游戏App一般只是起到了丰富学生课外活动的作用,知识很难系统的被学生接受理解运用。因此,本文通过对教育游戏相关理论和实践的研究,尝试通过对初中英语单词互动型游戏App的研发,能为英语游戏App在英语知识技能方面的应用研究提供参考。
